  • How do I order from Flowereka Florist MY?
    You can browse through our packages in our official website or our social media account Facebook & Instagram until you find the perfect product for you. Then all you need to do is screenshot the product that you want and whatsApp us at +60139381994 for quick response, our customer service with help you through the entire process of booking your own bouquet. You can also email us at flowerekafloristmy@gmail.com for booking purposes.
  • How do I know if you received my order?
    Once your order has been confirmed by our florist through two of our booking medium (refer above FAQ) and processed by the order form (provided in WhatsApp), you will receive a copy of booking confirmation in your email. If you do not receive this within 12 hours, let us know through WhatsApp or email us directly.
  • What is the deadline for placing an order?
    We would encourage you to book your order at least 2 or 3 days in advance before delivery date. Perfect time will be a week before to avoid any disappointment! However, we can cater some of urgent bookings based on our schedule and stock availability.
  • Do you have any physical store I can visit?
    At the moment we only operates as an online service and does not have a physical store yet. But at certain times, we do have pop-up store at certain places, check out our Instagram for an immediate update!
  • Where do you deliver?
    We can only deliver to Kuala Lumpur and some of Selangor area. Please see our delivery areas subsection in this website for more information.
  • Do you deliver to different states or abroad?
    We are unable to cater any order from different states or abroad as we can not guarantee flower types or quality levels of our bouquet.
  • Can I order over the phone, personal messages, Instagram direct messages or Facebook instant messages?"
    We are really sorry but at the moment, you can only use two of our booking medium ; WhatsApp messages at +60172963503 and email us at flowerekafloristmy@gmail.com.
  • I love your designs but can not find one that exactly suits my needs. Can you create the perfect bouquet for me?
    Our products represent our normal packages available in store at the moment. However, if you would like us to create something specially for you, you can contact our florist at +60138381994 & let us know the details of the bouquet. We will try our very best to cater your booking based on our schedule and stock availability.
  • What if I want to send my order anonymously?
    Yes, you can do that! But you are also responsible to assist us in every way to ensure the bouquet can be delivered to the correct place and right person.
  • Can I include a personal message with my booking?
    You are allowed to attach a personal message (your wish) in our order form. We do advise this as people like to know who to thank & help us to ensure our bouquet receiver is happy as well!
  • What do I do if the bouquet design & flowers don’t look like the picture sample? Can I customize my bouquet?
    Design, colours, amount of items & arrangements may differ from the picture shown in our samples. However, you can customize it based on your needs & we're allowed to replace it with other item if it's not available in our stocks.
